Buttercup

I adopted Buttercup, recently. He came from a very good home but needed to be re-homed. Buttercup is approx. three years old. (Yes, I know. Buttercup is a male budgie but he's had this name for quite awhile, so why change a good name at this point in his life?)

Don't judge

a Budgie by its color!

Both blue and green Budgies can inherit the grey gene. Budgies' colors will change, if they have the grey gene. In the blue series, the Budgie loses its blue body color to a grey shade. In the green series, the grey budgie's color will turn to a shade of olive green.
