Hat is worked in-the-round from ribbing to crown.
Color changes may be worked either according to
chart or following writtenout
instructions.
When changing colors, always pick up new color from
under old dropped color
to prevent holes in work. Strand colors
very loosely
across back of work to
allow for stretch when hat is worn.
Carry colors loosely up inside of work from round to
round.
Color A is the background color. Color C is joined
on Rnd 8. Color B is joined
on Rnd 11. Once colors are joined, pick up and drop
as needed but do not cut
colors until instructed to do so.
