Kathy's Crocheted Moebius Scarf

Designed by Kathy North

Materials:

Linie Punta or soft, fuzzy combo yarn of your choice  somewhere between sport and worsted weight.

(The yarn I used has a nubby boucle strand run together with a "fake bunny fur" strand.)
Size J hook (or size that works well with your chosen yarn--gauge not important)

Sample scarf measures approx. 4" wide x 33" around circumference

Chain 15, sc in 2nd ch and ea ch across (14 sc). Ch 3, turn.
Dc in ea sc across (14 dc). Ch 1, turn.
Sc in ea dc across (14 sc). Ch 3, turn.

Rep last 2 rows until yarn is almost gone, or to desired length.

Then hold beg chain together with last row worked, slip st across through both thicknesses to form scarf into a circle.

The twist remains permanently, causing the scarf to drape nicely around the neck without fuss!
